I'm Noor Kazak. Picture this: You and me, teaming up on a mission to unlock your healthiest self. With over five years of diving deep into the fitness industry and a shiny psychology degree from San Jose State University, I shifted lanes from law to fitness, following my passion. Now, here I am, your guide not only in fitness but as your cheerleading nutrition coach, too.
